Formed in 2009 the company consists of three partners:-
Mark Harrison has spent over twenty years in restaurant management and event management as such he is our Event Manager. He will take your event from conception to completion and will manage your event on the day.
Chris Robinson is our Business Manager he also has a background in fine dining having spent many years in hotel management followed by stadium management. Chris has a passion for wine and also runs a successful company supplying wine and spirits to the catering industry.
Paul Robinson is the Chef and drives the food side of the operation. Paul has almost twenty years of experience in both fine dining hotels and large scale event catering including premiership football clubs such as Middlesbrough and racecourses such as York
